We ship books via media mail, usually within 24 hours after your order is received.

In some cases, Priority Postage is offered as an option.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most books are shrink wrapped, and they are shipped in a padded envelope.

Should your book arrive with damage, please take a photo immediately and contact us: orders@analyticalpsychologypress.com.

We will send you a return postage label as an email attachment and, when we receive your return, will ship a replacement copy to you.
